For 25 years I have been pursuing my passion to improve how software gets defined and delivered, both so it’s useful for customers and users, but also so that the process is as productive and enjoyable as it can be for the teams who create those products.
I became known as a “rockstar” innovator in this area within IBM, and have spoken at conferences in the USA, and guest lectured on the topic in Australia. I still work hands-on in software delivery, and am still pushing the boundaries of how software gets done!
